Almost nine rows of houses are made for the Village quilt. Two more to go. Wow that last row is quite dark. I think I'm going to swap out the blue dividers and just use the grey. Two rows of transition is probably enough. I have to cut new background pieces and I might just stay with the grey the rest of the way.

Love this quilt. The bottom row is quite dark, but it anchors the whole design down. Alternatively, you could swap out some of the dark houses for new ones that use lighter/more colorful hues.
