Further Hearts


Feeling very proud of myself for finishing the quilt top for this rainbow heart donation quilt. I'm planning to quilt it tomorrow.
As you can see I ended up making a border out of the leftover  HST's I'd pieced as I went along making the heart blocks and I'm pleased with how it ended up looking.
 
This is how it looked before I added the border. Fine and the minimum requested size of 50x60".

Hard to see in the pictures but I used different white-on-white prints and I like how it gives a subtle texture change to the background.
