Hibiscus G&T

 

It's Friday, so it's time for a drink recipe! 
Here's a beautiful gift I received from my daughter this week. 
It's my very favorite gin (St. George's Botanivore) steeping with dried hibiscus flowers.
My instructions were to decant it when we got home from visiting her in Oakland. 
Here's how it looked after the decant.
And here's how it looks in a proper G&T drink situation. It's a wonderfully complex taste. I love it so much.
