Churn Dashing

At the recent Sew Day I picked up two kits to make Scrappy Churn Dash blocks for this year’s community charity quilt efforts.

I did some chain piecing and got the pairs of “light and dark” fabric pieces.

Time for trimming the pieces to size before sewing the blocks together.

 This is how it’ll look when all done. More sewing to do tomorrow.
