Wandering Wednesday - Spokane





 


I'm traveling back home today from an overnight trip to Spokane, Washington today. (A new medical trial that I hopefully got into! Cross your fingers for me). I got to leave Very Early, so there was a sunny view towards the South Bay Area.

Here's just some of what I saw yesterday.

Such an interesting landscape as the plane got closer to Spokane.
Some very nice decorative lions.
Always a sucker for ghost advertising on the sides of old buildings.
This building really stood out, I quite like the sign on top.
This old advert is layered over by a newer mural.

    it's been about 50 years since I was in Spokane. I don't remember anything, so seeing some images is great.

      Thanks for the postcard! I love that style of card. It is sad that more places don't sell postcards. And sad more people don't send postcards.

    I had almost given up on finding one in the airport, but it was in the very last place I looked, they only had 3 to choose from. Sad! And then, there wasn't a place to mail them from inside the terminal. So that's why it came to you from CA.
