A 4th of July Quiltlet

My six-word memoir quiltlet for the week of the 4th of July had to have some red, white and blue of course. And some thoughts about this wonderful and challenging and changing country that I am lucky enough to be a citizen of. Hard to sum up all that I was thinking about in only six words, but I gave it a go. My spin on the"My country right or wrong"sentiment.
The words say: "My Country Is Right And Wrong."

I love watching you work on these pieces. How is the process? Are you learning? Are you getting thoughts/feelings/ideas out of your system? Are you generating new ideas?

Thanks Jaye, so far I'm finding the process is really different from week to week. There is always something from the past week that I want to express and I am always amazed that I can do that with the stuff on hand. I guess I'm learning to translate the thoughts/feelings/ideas more easily. Not sure about generating new ideas, I guess some of the strange materials I've used is doing that a bit.
